At Usmani Traders, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If you face any issue with your order, please refer to our return and replacement policy below.
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following situations:
The product is damaged during delivery
The product is defective
You received an incorrect item
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with:
Clear photos of the product
Packaging images (if available)
Unboxing video (recommended)
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
Wrong size, color, or product selected by the customer
Change of mind or personal preference
Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
Damage caused by misuse, washing errors, or improper handling
Please note that Customized or Personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defects or incorrect delivery.
Once your request is approved:
A replacement will be arranged, or
A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error.
Cash on Delivery is available only on selected products.
📌 COD is not available for Customized or Personalized items.
Approved refunds for COD orders (if applicable) will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Return shipping instructions will be provided only after approval.
Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.
