4. Payments & COD Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected products only. Usmani Traders reserves the right to verify or cancel COD orders if the customer is unreachable or fails verification. Advance payment may be required for customized or print-on-demand products.
5. Shipping & Delivery Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners.

Returns & Refunds Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, reported within 48 hours of delivery with: Clear photos of the product Packaging images Unboxing video (recommended) Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
